All orders will be processed within 48 hours after placing an order, and shipped following day.  If you place your order after Friday 3:00PM PT or on weekends, your order will ship the next business day.

We offer FREE shipping for orders $99 or more, USA delivery addresses only.

We offer Flat Rate shipping for all other orders. Based on size and weight, shipping will either be $5 or $9 flat fee for orders under $99.

Packages are typically received 3-4 business days from the shipped date.

YES. We currently offer DHL Express Worldwide shipping options at check out.


Please be advised that international orders may experience additional delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic the world is currently experiencing. There may be additional duties/tax or related fees that apply, these fees are responsible by the customer. Additional fees are imposed by the shipping carrier and custom agencies, not by Thick Athletics Apparel.


Please note: USPS First Class International Shipping can only be tracked within the U.S. Once your package leaves the U.S and enters the recipient’s shipping country, the package enters its national domestic system. ***USPS INTERNATIONAL Shipping Options are currently deactivated***

Our hope is that you love your Thick Athletics gear, however, in the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer a 30 DAY RETURN POLICY. Meaning, you have 30 days to return your unwanted item(s) to be eligible for a refund.)

(A) Full price items can be returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt of product. SALE and/or CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE, as are Sports Bras, Sports Tops;

To ensure the safety of our customers, all sports bras are not eligible for exchanges or returns. Please use our sizing chart to ensure your size selection is best suited to you. Thank you.

(B) We are unable to offer exchanges for wrong size or color. We recommend you email us at informing us of your intent to return and post your item(s) to the return address listed below. Once received, we will process a refund of the purchased item(s), shipping fee excluded.

(C) If you choose to return an item(s) due to wrong size or color, we recommend purchasing the correct size/color as soon as possible. Once your return is received, you will be issued a refund.

(D) Returns must be received in their original, unworn condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with company standards and will return the garments at the customers own expense. Returned items that have deodorant marks, stains, odors or equivalent ARE NOT eligible for a refund. If customer requests a return of such items, it will be at the customers own expense.

(E) Return shipping is payable by the customer. We recommend using a prepaid, traceable method to ensure safe delivery. We take no responsibility for missing parcels without proof of delivery.

To initiate a return please email with your order number and reason for return. A member of our team will be in contact with you, sharing next steps to process your return within 48hrs.

What do I do if I’ve received a faulty / wrong item?

  • If you have received/have a faulty item, please email our support team at for further assistance.
  • Products will be eligible for a refund or replacement if they involve a manufacturing fault, have been damaged during shipping or if the incorrect product has been received.
  • A faulty product is considered faulty or not acceptable quality if: (1) It is unfit for purpose, (2) It is significantly different from the description or sample, or (3) It is received with damages on arrival.

Please note that general wear and tear over time and damage caused by neglect, misuse or incorrect washing is not considered a manufacturing fault.
