Return Policy

Our hope is that you love your Thick Athletics gear, however, in the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer a 30 DAY RETURN POLICY. Meaning, you have 30 days to return your unwanted item(s) to be eligible for a refund.

(A) Full price items can be returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt of product. SALE and/or CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE, as are Sports Bras, Sports Tops.

To ensure the safety of our customers, all sports bras are not eligible for exchanges or returns. Please use our sizing chart to ensure your size selection is best suited to you. Thank you.

(B) We are unable to offer exchanges for wrong size or color. We recommend you email us at informing us of your intent to return and post your item(s) to the return address listed below. Once received, we will process a refund of the purchased item(s), shipping fee excluded from refund total. Return shipping is at the customers own expense.

(C) If you choose to return an item(s) due to wrong size or color, we recommend purchasing the correct size/color as soon as possible. Once your return is received, you will be issued a refund.

(D) Returns must be received in their original, unworn condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with company standards and will return the garments at the customers own expense. Returned items that have deodorant marks, stains, odors or equivalent ARE NOT eligible for a refund. If customer requests a return of such items, it will be at the customers own expense.

(E) Return shipping is payable by the customer. We recommend using a prepaid, traceable method to ensure delivery. We take no responsibility for missing parcels without proof of delivery.

(F) Be sure to enclose the original packing slip -or- reference your name & order number with your return package. We need to reference who to contact for a refund.

To initiate a return please email with your order number and include the reason for your return. A member of our team will respond within 48hrs, reiterating all of the above and answer any questions you may have.

What do I do if I’ve received a faulty / wrong item?

  • If you have received/have a faulty item, please email our support team at for further assistance.
  • Products will be eligible for a refund or replacement if they involve a manufacturing fault, have been damaged during shipping or if you have received an incorrect product.
  • A faulty product is considered faulty or not acceptable quality if: (1) It is unfit for purpose, (2) It is significantly different from the description or sample, or (3) It is received with damages on arrival.

Please note that general wear and tear over time and damage caused by neglect, misuse or incorrect washing is not considered a manufacturing fault.
